Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

There was heads-up action between Hollis Holcomb and Russ Floyd.

The board read {8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{k-Spades} and there was already 100,000 in the middle when Floyd led out with a 200,000 bet.

After getting an official count and deep consideration, Floyd mucked his hand and Holcomb raked in the massive pot.

Sokoloff Eliminated by Heard

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Paul Sokoloff open-jammed for 25,000 on the button and was called by Jeff Turton and Robert Heard from the blinds.

Turton check-called Heards' 5,000 bet after the {q-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{8-Hearts} flop.

Both players checked the {j-Diamonds} turn to the {q-Hearts} river.

Turton checked to Heard who fired out 5,000 and Turton quickly mucked his hand.

Sokoloff's {a-Clubs}{7-Clubs} was no good as Heard rivered trip queens with {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs} and the two-time ring winner was eliminated from the tournament.
