Koop Goes Blind All-In

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Niko Koop announced he was blind all-in for 7,600 from under the gun and was called by Yehonatan Behor from mid-position. Ertan Aldikacti three-bet to 35,000 from the small blind which made Behor fold to leave Koops and Aldikacti to battle it out.

Niko Koop: {q-Hearts}{8-Spades}
Ertan Aldikacti: {2-Hearts}{2-Clubs}

The board ran out {k-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds} to not provide any help to Koop as he was eliminated.

Szymanski Knocks Dolignon Out

Level 10 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

The flop read {9-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{j-Diamonds} and both Daniel Szymanski (mid-position) and Jacques Dolignon (cutoff) had their hole cards open in front of them. Dolignon was at risk as he had 64,000 in front of him and was covered by Szymanski.

Jacques Dolignon: {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Daniel Szymanski: {j-Spades}{9-Spades}

Dolignon held a gutshot to a straight draw and a flush draw while Szymanski had flopped top two pair.

The turn was the {10-Spades} to give Dolignon a pair of tens and some extra outs but the {8-Spades} on the river wasn't one of them as he was eliminated.

Peche Flops a Pair

Level 10 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

The flop read {a-Spades}{10-Clubs}{q-Hearts} with almost 5,000 in the middle.

Daniel Peche (big blind) check-called the 1,400 bet of Peter Kaae (under-the-gun).

They both checked through the {a-Clubs} on the turn and the {6-Diamonds} on the river. Peche tabled {10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} for the flopped pair of tens which he improved to two pair on the turn. Kaae nodded and showed he had {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds} for the lower two pair.

Di Giacomo Doubles Up

Level 10 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

The board read {3-Spades}{q-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} with a pot of almost 100,000 brewing already. Arin Mohamad had checked from under the gun and Claudio Di Giacomo had shoved for 50,600 in total. Mohamad contemplated for a while before making the call. The dealer instructed both players to show their cards. Di Giacomo tabled {a-Clubs}{q-Spades} for the flopped pair of queens with the ace-kicker. Mohamad just sat quietly without moving until the dealer told him again to show his cards. A few seconds later, Mohamad showed he held {q-Diamonds}{j-} so Di Giacomo could pick up the pot.

Kovarik Eliminated by Auer

Level 9 : 400/800, 800 ante

Karel Kovarik raised to 2,000 from mid-position and was called by Oliver Heidel on the button, and Robert Auer and Ertan Aldikacti in the blinds.

They all checked through the {q-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{7-Hearts} flop to the {a-Clubs} on the turn. Auer and Aldikacti both checked. Kovarik bet 5,000 which Heidel called but Auer raised to 15,000. Aldikacti quickly folded and Kovarik shoved for almost 40,000 in total. Heidel looked at his cards once more before pushing them over the line. Auer snap-called by flicking a chip in and tabled {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts} for the flopped flush. Kovarik got up from his seat and turned around {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds} for the turned two pair.

The river completed the board with the {6-Clubs} which did not help Kovarik in any way and he was sent away from the tournament area.
