Charette Takes Big One From Roussy-Majeau

Level 24 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

There was a big pot of a little over a million in it on the river with the board showing 58874. Duff Charette bet 400,000.

Samuel Roussy-Majeau had to think it over for a while before he called. Charette tabled the 65 for the straight to win the meaty pot.

Big Slick Chop it Up

Level 24 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Lucas Wilson raised to 100,000 from middle position. Duff Charette made it 325,000 from the big blind and Wilson called.

The flop came JK8. Charette continued with a bet of 175,000. Wilson ripped all in for 1,470,000 which was close to Charette's remaining amount. After about a minute, he called.

"Has to be jacks" said a tablemate but instead both players turned over ace-king and with the rainbow board, the two chopped it up after the turn and river formality.

Bonhomme-Lemieux Cuts into MacDonald

Level 24 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Arnaud Bonhom

Action was joined on the turn with a board showing AJ8K. There was a series of quick bets and raises between Kevin MacDonald and Arnaud Bonhomme-Lemieux to get the chips all in.

Arnaud Bonhomme-Lemieux: Q10 All in
Kevin MacDonald: 88

It was a straight vs a set as the river did not pair the board as the 9 came off to give Bonhomme-Lemieux the big double and but some chips away from the big stack of MacDonald.

Level 24 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Three players were in a hand on the flop of 5A3. From early position, Sebastien Aube tossed out 100,000. Hussein Hassan called in the hijack. Duff Charette also called in the big blind.

The turn was the A. Action checked around. The river came the Q. Aube fired 325,000. Hassan raised to 1,000,000. Charette quickly folded and Aube called after a couple of moments.
