Julian Selinger raised 6♠6♥ to 600,000 in the cutoff. David Marfil called K♦J♣ in the big blind, after which he check-called Selinger's continuation-bet of 350,000 on the 5♦3♣Q♣ flop.
The duo then checked the 9♥ turn, and Marfil checked the 9♠ river as well. Selinger bet 750,000, earning the pot when Marfil laid his hand down.
Egidijus Matonis raised to 600,000 under the gun. It folded all the way to big blind Kai Lehto, who defended, and the 3♣10♦K♥ was checked through.
Lehto then led out for 550,000 on the 6♣ turn, and Matonis called. Lehto sized up significantly to 1,900,000 on the 9♠ river, which Matonis looked up.
Lehto revealed K♠9♦ for two pair, comfortably besting Matonis' J♥10♥ to drag the big pot and become the new chipleader.
Roy van der Reijnst limped in Q♥J♠ in the small blind. Julian Selinger checked his option with Q♣7♠, which flopped two pair on Q♦2♥7♦.
Van der Reijnst bet 300,000 with his top pair, which Selinger raised to 850,000. Van der Reijnst put in a swift call, after which the K♥ arrived as the turn.
Van der Reijnst checked it over to Selinger, who doubled his sizing to 1,700,000. Van der Reijnst took his time, but ultimately found the correct fold to preserve some chips.

Marfil raised to 1,600,000, but Selinger denied him his equity as he moved all in for 5,700,000. Marfil quickly folded his open-ender, with Selinger overtaking him in the counts as a result.
