Luka Sorainen Eliminated in 21st Place (€7,980)
Luka Sorainen raised to 160,000 on the button. Valentin Imperatore called in the big blind, after which the 7♠8♣3♣ flop was checked by both players.
Imperatore led out with a bet of 140,000 on the Q♥ turn, which Sorainen raised to 400,000. Imperatore called before leading out again on the 8♥ river, this time for 160,000.
Sorainen called after a long time in the tank, but he could not beat Imperatore's Q♣6♠ and sent his cards to the muck.
Not much later, Sorainen got his 500,000 remaining chips in against Imperatore preflop.
Luka Sorainen: AxAx
Valentin Imperatore: A♣9♣
Sorainen was a huge favorite to double, but Imperatore flopped outs on 3♣4♣3♦. The J♥ turn was meaningless, but Imperatore rivered a straight on the brutal 2♣ river to send Sorainen to the rail.
