In a single-raised pot to the 4♥6♦K♥ flop, Veiko Aava checked from the small blind to Kaapo Tapio in the hijack, who fired a bet of 1,700. Aava called to the 4♠ turn, where he check-called again as Tapio barreled for 5,500.
Aava checked a third time on the 3♦ river. Tapio completed his triple-barrel with a bet of 13,500, quickly being looked up by his opponent.
Tapio could not help but smile as he showed 9♦8♦ for just nine-high. Aava, meanwhile, had called him down with 5♠5♥, and his pair of fives was good enough to rake in the sizable pot.

Siim Suviste raised an earlier open-raise to 4,800 in the cutoff. Kristian Lauvdal cold-called in the big blind, and the initial raiser called as well. The trio checked through the 4♠2♠6♦ flop, prompting Lauvdal to bet 9,800 on the 7♦ turn.
Only Suviste called to the 7♠ river, which Lauvdal checked to him. Suviste then jammed in his stack of 41,500, and Lauvdal looked him up after some thought.
Suviste showed A♠K♠ for the nut flush, leaving the J♠J♦ of Lauvdal in the dust to double up.
