Scott Clements Eliminated

After a flop of {6-Spades}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts}, Steve Paul-Ambrose checks from the small blind, Scott Clements checks from the big blind, the player in the cutoff bets, Paul-Ambrose calls, and Clements calls. The turn card is the {K-Clubs}. Paul-Ambrose checks, Clements checks, the cutoff bets again, Ambrose folds, and Clements calls all in with Q-J (queen high). The cutoff shows pocket fives, and Clements needs a queen or a jack on the river to stay alive.

The last card is a blank, and Scott Clements is eliminated.

Phil Hellmuth Eliminated

Hellmuth raised from MP to 2,500 and was called by Paul Snead. The flop was {J-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}. Hellmuth checked and Snead bet 2,500. Hellmuth check-raised to 5,000 and Snead moved all in for the rest of Hellmuth's chips which was about 2,000. Hellmuth called and showed {10-Spades}{10-Clubs} and Snead held {Q-Spades}{J-Spades}. The turn was {2-Hearts} and the river was {Q-Hearts}. Hellmuth was eliminated and started a tirade of curses. Phil Gordon stepped in and said that he shouldn't berate the players. The two Phils then went at it and argued for a few minutes.

After the argument, Hellmuth and Snead shook hands and he left the table. Snead is up to 98K.
