The Dragon Claims Another

The player on the button raised it up to 2,000 and David Pham reraised enough from the big blind to put his opponent all in. The button made the call and the cards were tabled:

Pham: {Q-Spades}{Q-Hearts}
Button: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}

The board ran out {7-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and Pham heads to dinner with over 30,000 chips.

Steve Dannenmann Eliminated

Steve Dannenmann raised all in from late position to 2,000 and was called by the big blind. Dannenmann showed {J-Spades} {5-Hearts} and his opponent showed {K-Diamonds} {10-Diamonds}.

Board: {Q-Diamonds} {K-Hearts} {2-Diamonds} {A-Clubs} {J-Clubs}

Mike Matusow got up while the hand was being played and said, "I hate being card dead." He watched Dannenmann's hand and said, "I taught him that, just not in this lifetime."

Jon Little Eliminated

Jon Little was all in preflop and was called by two players, including Sean McCabe. On a flop of {Q-Hearts} {6-Spades} {7-Hearts}, McCabe's other opponent moved all in and McCabe made the call. McCabe held {5-Hearts} {8-Hearts}, Little held {A-Clubs} {10-Hearts}, and their other opponent held {A-Diamonds} {Q-Spades}. The turn came the {4-Clubs}, completing McCabe's straight. The river fell a harmless {J-Diamonds} and McCabe eliminated two players.

McCabe is now up to 70,000 chips.
