Dean Hamrick hails from East Lansing, Michigan, and has been playing competitively for at least four years. Hamrick has a total of nine (not including this event) major cashes on his career resume with earnings falling just shy of the $150,000 mark.
Hamrick has three previous WSOP cashes to his credit as well as an in-the-money finish in a major WPT event.
