Kostritsyn Flies American Airlines

The player on the button was first into the pot, and he raised it up to 15,000. Next was Alex Kostritsyn in the small blind, and he reraised to 55,000. The big blind, not to be outdone, moved all in for 275,000, enough to scare away the button. Kostritsyn was not so easily deterred though, with good reason. and both check. The river is {Q-Hearts}

and Hunter bets 50,000. Mikkelsen calls after going into the tank. Hunter has {A-?}

Turner Gets Jammed and Loses Chips

Jon "PearlJammer" Turner just lost a big pot when he called a player's all in and then Greg Debora went all in over the top of Turner from the big blind and Turner made the call. Turner had both players covered and held pocket eights. Debora held queens, and the other player had threes.

Mark Vos was at the same table and grabbed the dealer's "All In" paddle and began waving it in the air to alert everyone that there was action at his table.

The board ran out {A-Hearts}

and the queens held up, improving to a set on the flop. One player was eliminated and immediately left his seat. Turner dropped to 314,000 on the hand, with Debora moving up to 330,000.

Can't Call Me Names. Cantu.

Brandon Cantu has been running extremely lucky, at least in the eyes of Mike Matusow, sitting nearby. The two men have been keeping tabs on each other, often standing up to watch one another's hands when they aren't in action themselves. After a recent bit of "luck" for Cantu, Matusow couldn't resist.

"Brandon, you are such a sick f*ck! Have you ever gotten it in good?"

Cantu had an answer for that. "I never call you over when I get it in good."

Cocktail Server Jeremiah Smith

Jeremiah Smith just moved tables and in order to accommodate his massive amount of chips, the floor staff gave Smith a cocktail server's tray to put his racks on. Smith made his way across the Amazon Room and arrived at his other table with a tray of chips.
