2-7 Triple Draw:

Tom Schneider raised before the draw and David "Devilfish" Ulliott called from the big blind. Schneider drew three cards while Ulliott drew two. Ulliott bet and Schneider called. On the second draw, Ulliott rapped pat while Schneider drew three more. Ulliott bet and Schneider called. Ulliott was pat again on the third draw while Schneider took one and called Ulliott's bet.

"Bad ten" said the Devilfish, who mucked when he saw Schneider's 8-7-6-3-2.

Devilfish Drawing Delight

Triple Draw:

We join this hand on the second draw, it was four handed and Ivey bets. The player to his left raises and Dave 'Devilfish' Ulliot flat-calls in the small blind while the big blind folds, Ivey also calls.

Devilfish takes one card, Ivey takes two and the other player also takes one, it is then checked around. The same pattern is repeated for the final draw before Devilfish bets, Ivey folds and third player calls.

Devilfish shows {7-?} {6-?} {4-?} {3-?} {2-?} for a number two which wins.

Raphael Zimmerman Eliminated by Huck Seed

Short night for Zimmerman
Short night for Zimmerman
Pot-Limit Omaha:

Raphael Zimmerman got the remainder of his stack in the middle against Huck Seed on a {K-Clubs} {9-Clubs} {7-Spades} flop.

Zimmerman {A-Clubs} {K-Spades} {Q-Clubs} {5-Hearts}
Seed {K-Diamonds} {K-Hearts} {7-Hearts} {2-Hearts}

It was top set for Seed against Zimmerman's nut flush draw and though Zimmerman hit a club on the turn, it was the {7-Clubs}, making Seed the nut boat. The river was the {10-Clubs} and Seed raked in the pot, sending Zimmerman to the rail.

After the hand, Seed was up to 53,000.

Demidov Decimated

No-Limit Hold'em:

On a flop of {Q-Hearts} {7-Hearts} {3-Spades}, an early position player checked, Ivan Demidov bet 3,850, the EP player reraised to 15,500, Demidov moved all in and his opponent called. Demidov needed a heart with {A-Hearts} {K-Hearts} for the nut flush draw against his opponent's set of threes, but he couldn't hit it on the {9-Spades} turn or the {6-Clubs} river.

After the hand, Demidov was down to 7,000 in chips.

Minieri Gets Value

Limit Hold'em:

Tim Phan raised from mid position and found himself being reraised by a late position player. Dario Minieri 4-bet on the button, Phan folded and the late position player called.

The flop came {9-Clubs} {4-Hearts} {3-Hearts} and the reraiser led out with Minieri calling. On the {9-Hearts} turn, Minieri bet after a check and was called. The river was the {10-Clubs} and after a second check, Minieri bet again. Called once more, Minieri turned over {A-Hearts} {K-Clubs}.

It was good.

Minieri is on 35,000.

Greg Raymer Eliminated

Night, Greg
Night, Greg
Pot-Limit Omaha:

Greg Raymer got the rest of his chips in on a 7-5-5 flop against Barny Boatman, holding A-5-X-X against Boatman's T-8-8-5. Both players flopped trips, but Raymer was ahead with a better kicker. The turn was a 9, giving Boatman an open-ended straight draw and he filled it on the river when a jack fell, sending Raymer to the rail.

Actually, Phil Ivey, John Monnette and Yan Chen all have bought into the $10,000 Mixed Event, will they turn up now?
