Parker Shot Down By 'Chanan

Brock Parker's going to have to wait a little longer for his third bracelet -- he has just now busted at the hands of Stephen Buchanan.

Parker was short and desperate and got his last in with {A-Hearts} {8-Hearts} on a {5-Diamonds} {4-Spades} {2-Hearts} flop, but Buchanan was holding {6-Spades} {5-Diamonds} and made the call. Parker picked up a flush draw on the {Q-Hearts} turn but the river came a bricky {9-Spades} and he hit the rail thereafter.

Good River for Boeken

Noah Boeken
Noah Boeken
Matt Hawrilenko raised from the small blind before Noah Boeken popped it up from the big blind. Hawrilenko made the call.

The flop landed {2-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and Hawrilenko checked to Boeken who fired a bet. Hawrilenko made the call and they saw the {9-Spades} land. Both players checked before the {A-Diamonds} landed on the river. Hawrilenko checked, Boeken bet and Hawrilenko made the call.

Boeken tabled {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades} for the best hand as Hawrilenko flashed an ace and mucked.

"Good river," smiled Boeken as he gets himself back up to 57,000 chips.

Gellar Bent Out of Shape

Lions and tigers and bears, oh Maya!
Lions and tigers and bears, oh Maya!
Hot girl-on-girl action left Maya Gellar down to 6,000 and the rest of her stack in Annie Duke's hands. The action is a little hazy, but they'd got to the river of the {8-Spades} {5-Diamonds} {2-Spades} {7-Diamonds} {10-Clubs} board before Gellar folded.

And duly she got her last in a few hands later, calling a raise and a reraise in the big blind and then check-raising all in on the {8-Hearts} {5-Hearts} {9-Spades} flop. Gellar's {A-Hearts} {J-Spades} hit a jack on the river but it wasn't enough to beat her opponent Jody Garaventa's pocket queens, and out goes Gellar.

Easy Game for Arieh

Two of our bigger stacks, Jennifer Harman and Josh Arieh has just clashed with Arieh coming out on top.

In a raised pot, Arieh check-called the flop, checked the turn and then fired a bet on the river with the board reading {J-Hearts}{J-Spades}{7-Spades}{A-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}.

Harman made the call but mucked when Arieh tabled {J-Clubs}{8-Clubs} for trips. He's now up to over 120,000 chips.
