Chen Busts Two

Yan Chen just eliminated Markus Golser and John Hoang on the same hand. Golser was showing a pair of kings and mucked his hand to Chen's diamond flush. Hoang squeezed for a low on his last card, but instead tripped up his pair of fives and was also eliminated.

Amaral Climbing Back; Duke Eliminated

Annie Duke was just eliminated by Chris Amaral. According to Amaral, he was down to 700 chips when he picked up rolled up aces to bring his stack back up to a few thousand. After building back to about 10,000 chips, Amaral then eliminated Duke with king high after he had a busted low draw. Duke missed all of her draws as well and couldn't even hit a pair. All she could muster was queen high.

Phan Just Chopping

Tim Phan check-called a bet on fifth street and then led sixth and seventh. Michele Limongi called both times. Phan rolled over {Q-Diamonds} {Q-Spades} {6-Diamonds} for a diamond flush. Limongi held {A-Clubs} {9-Clubs} {6-Hearts} for a pair of nines and an eight-six low.

Phil Hellmuth Eliminated

Phil Hellmuth was all in against Nick Schulman by fourth street with a pair of sevens against Schulman's pair of deuces. Though Hellmuth made sevens and treys by sixth street, Schulman made eights and deuces by seventh to send Hellmuth to the rail.

Richey Busts

Brett Richey and David Singer find themselves betting and raising back and forth before they are all in. Richey ended up making a Broadway straight, but Singer pulled an ace-high flush to crippled Richey down to just 500 chips. Singer catapulted himself to 48,000.

On the next hand, Richey busted. Before he exited the tournament room, he was sure to make his way around and pay up some last-longer bets he made.
