Penalty for Sugar Bear

There was a bit of a commotion over on Table 161, primarily between Al "Sugar Bear" Barbieri and Steve Diano. Their argument revolved around Diano chuckling a bit when a couple of other players defended on third street with paint cards. Diano is known to do this himself quite often, and Barbieri took offense.

"I was just chuckling about a hand you played an hour ago" said Diano.

More words were exchanged, and ultimately, Barbieri called Diano a "jackass" which resulted in him receiving a penalty.

Sugar Bear was none too pleased at the situation, noting that until now, he hasn't received a penalty in more than a decade on the circuit.
