If The Shiu Fits...

Millie Shiu reraised out of the big blind against Marc Naalden's button raise. Shiu led out on the {3-Clubs} {9-Hearts} {4-Spades} flop and Naalden called. On the {Q-Spades} turn, Shiu bet again, Naalden raised, Shiu 3-bet and Nalden called. The river was the {J-Clubs} and Shiu bet once more. Nalden made the call and mucked when he saw {Q-Hearts} {Q-Clubs}

Williams Hits a Downslide

Marc Naalden raised the cutoff and David Williams reraised the button, firing every street of a {2-Hearts} {7-Clubs} {4-Spades} {9-Hearts} {6-Spades} board. Naalden called him down with {A-Hearts} {7-Spades} which was good.

Soon after he lost another hand to Matt Sterling, who bet the whole way of an {A-Clubs} {Q-Clubs} {8-Diamonds} {6-Hearts} {10-Hearts} with {A-Hearts} {9-Spades} which was good.

Sterling up to 675,000. Williams down to 275,000.

Flaminio Malaguti raised in the small blind and David Williams called in the big. The flop was {2-Clubs} {6-Diamonds} {10-Hearts}. Malaguti fired out a bet and Williams called. On the {5-Hearts} turn, Malaguti fired again and Williams raised him all in, with Malaguti callling.

Williams Gets Some of the Sterling

David Williams raised the cutoff and Matt Sterling reraised the small blind, Williams made the call and they saw a {2-Clubs} {7-Spades} {3-Hearts}.

Sterling led out and Williams raised. Sterling called and the turn {J-Clubs} and river {4-Diamonds} were checked down. Williams {A-Spades} {2-Spades} beating Sterling's {A-Hearts} {10-Hearts}.

Joep Van Den Bijgaart was short-stacked when he raised from late position, then his countryman Marc Naalden three-bet from the big blind. Van Den Bijgaart called, and the flop came {A-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}. Naalden led, Van Den Bijgaart raised with his last chips, and Naalden called.

Sterling Stymied

In a blind-vs.-blind battle, Matt Sterling bet out on a flop of {J-Spades}{A-Clubs}{7-Spades} and Greg Mueller called. Mueller again called Sterling's bet after the turn came {9-Diamonds}.

The river was the {6-Diamonds}, and this time both checked. Sterling showed {K-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} for nines, and Mueller {J-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} for the better pair of jacks.

Mueller is at 785,000 and Sterling 335,000.
