Gross Goes Down Swinging

With a raise to 1,900 from the cutoff, Steve Gross three-bet to 5,400 from the small blind. The cutoff made the call and they saw a flop of {7-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{8-Hearts}.

Gross led out with a bet of 2,600 before the cutoff popped it up to 9,300. Gross then declared he was all in for 33,000 but his opponent insta-called.

Gross: {Q-Hearts}{2-Hearts}
Opponent: {5-Clubs}{6-Clubs}

Gross had pulled a move from left field, but had outs to the flush against his opponent's flopped straight. However the {5-Diamonds} turn and {3-Diamonds} were heart-less leaving Gross to exit the tournament.
