. The big blind checked, and Rousso bet 300 from early position. That brought a fold, then a raise to 900 from the cutoff.
The table awaited a response from the big blind, who initially appeared to be studying the situation. Then it became apparent he was studying something else -- his phone. Rousso politely got his attention to let him know it was his turn to act, and he quickly folded. While he appeared to consider making a call, Rousso decided she wouldn’t and let her hand go.
Rousso has about 3,200 at present as we near the end of the first level.
