Negreanu Gets Half

We caught up with action in a four-way pot when the board read {10-Spades}{8-Spades}{2-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}. Daniel Negreanu started the betting, and another player raised. Barry Greenstein called, and the fourth opponent three-bet. They managed to cap the betting without forcing anyone out. The river brought the {8-Diamonds}, and Negreanu checked. One player bet, and Greenstein folded while Negreanu and the other player paid for showdown. Negreanu's {9-Clubs}{7-Spades}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} was good for the top half with a ten-high straight. The other two found themselves quartered, chopping half with 8-6-3-2-A lows.
