Chuan Shi opened from the cutoff and Sean Urban shoved for around 150,000 from the small blind with Shi making the call.

Urban needed a great deal of help if he were to double up and continue to play today. However, when the board ran out {a-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} Shi's kings remained out in front and Urban was eliminated.

Shi now has 575,000 chips.

White Extends Lead

This hand started off innocently enough with Jason Riesenberg calling from the small blind. When Adam White made it 42,000 to go, Riesenberg three-bet to 105,000. White wasn't one to be outdone and four-bet to 225,000. That convinced Riesenberg to fold.

After Riesenberg folded, White showed {k-Clubs}{4-Spades}. With the pot, White is now at 1,300,000 while Riesenberg has slipped to 550,000.

White, the Million Man

Adam white opened the pot with a 33,000-chip raise under the gun, and was called by Justin Young in the cutoff, and Owen Crowe on the button.

Flop: {j-Spades}{7-Clubs}{3-Hearts}

White fired a 55,000-chip bet and was called by Crowe.

The turn card was a {j-Hearts} and White check-called a 110,000-chip bet from Crowe. The river brought a {10-Diamonds} to the felt a White fired a 175,000-chip bet. Crowe eventually folded.

White is now up to 1,180,000 chips and Crowe slipped to 665,000.

Stoeffler Crippled by Andreev

Ilya Andreev opened the pot with a 30,000-chip raise under the gun, and Dieter Stoeffler called in the small blind.

Flop: {k-Spades}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} Stoeffler fired a 32,000-chip bet and was called.

Turn: {9-Diamonds} Same movement but different bet, now it was a 70,000-chip bet.

River: {2-Clubs} Stoeffler made a 60,000-chip bet and Andreev moved all in for 197,000 chips. Stoeffler eventually called.

Andreev tabled {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds} and Stoeffler {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}. Andreev is now up to 675,000 chips and Stoeffler slipped to 63,000.

Crowe Feeds Off Baekke

Justin Young kicked this hand off by raising to 28,000 from under the gun, getting called by Owen Crowe in middle position as well as Allan Baekke in the big blind.

The flop came down {9-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{5-Spades} with Baekke and Young both checking to Crowe who led out for 67,000. Baekke called, but Young politely excused himself from the hand and folded.

When the {k-Clubs} came on the turn, Baekke checked once more, this time folding to a bet of 140,000 from Crowe.

After the conclusion of the hand, Crowe was up to 730,000 while Baekke was down to 610,000.

Double up for Beasley

From under the gun, Pekka Ikonen opened the pot with a 29,000-chip raise. Seated in the cutoff, Mike Beasley moved all in for about 141,000 chips and was called.

Beasley tabled pocket jacks and Ikonen had pocket fours. The board ran out {3-Spades}{6-Spades}{q-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{k-Hearts} and Beasley is now up to 307,000 chips. Ikonen slipped to 260,000.

Braband goes from 329,000 to 0 in Two Hands

Tom Braband had over 300,000 chips when he raised to 30,000 in the cutoff. Chuan Shi then three-bet shoved for 211,000 from the small blind and Braband made the call.

It might have been as good a position as Braband could have hoped to be in, but he likely changed his mind as the board ran out {j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{q-Spades}{2-Spades}{q-Hearts} boosting Shi to 436,000.

Within a few hands Braband went all in for his last 118,000 with Ilya Andreev taking him up on the offer.

The flop came {j-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{7-Hearts}, providing Braband with a small glimmer of hope. He didn't find the cards he was looking for, though. The turn was the {3-Clubs} and the river was the {10-Spades}, sending Braband to the rail while Andreev has 340,000.

Busquet Busto

With only 179,000 chips left on his stack, Olivier Busquet moved all in from the cutoff seat.

Pekka Ikonen called on the button, and Shawn Busse moved all in for about 560,000 chips from the big blind. Ikonen eventually folded.

Domination? No Problem for Baekke

Allan Baekke started the hand off by raising to 27,000 only to have James Kilarjian shove all in for 120,000 from the button. Baekke tanked for a while, but eventually made the call.

Baekke may have been dominated preflop, but he spiked an eight on the {6-Hearts}{8-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop and managed to stay ahead when sweating the turn and river, which came {5-Spades}{6-Spades}.

There are now 685,000 chips sitting in front of Baekke while Kilarjian has been eliminated.

Hall Gone

Short stack Charles Hall moved all in for about 37,000 chips. In the small blind, Tom Braband popped it to 106,000 and the big blind folded.
