Players are now on a 20-minute break.
Action folded to a player in the small blind who raised. David Bach re-raised, and his opponent called.
The player in the small blind check-called the flop,

, and the turn,
.
After the
rivered however, he check-raised Bach and Bach called.
The player in the small blind tabled
and Bach mucked his hand slipping to 3,000 chips.
The player on the button raised to 200 and Jon Turner reraised to 300 from the big blind. The button made it 400 to go and Turner made the call.
The flop came down

, the button bet and Turner made the call. The turn was the
and again the button bet and Turner called. When the river came the
, Turner checked and the button made one final bet.
Turner called only to see his opponent turn over
for a rivered flush. Turner was clearly upset as he tossed his cards in the muck. He is down to 3,500.
Terrence Chan raised from the hijack to 200 and was called by the big blind. The flop came down

and the big blind checked.
Chan bet only to have his opponent raise to 400. Chan called and then called another bet when the
appeared on the turn. When the
hit the river, the big blind bet, Chan raised, and the big blind called.
Chan turned over
for a straight which was good enough to take down the pot.
Justin "Boosted J" Smith raised from the cutoff and was called by two players in the blinds including Todd Brunson.
The flop fell

and both players in the blinds checked to Smith who continued. Brunson put in a second bet, their opponent folded, Smith put in a third bet and Brunson called.
Brunson slowed down from there, check-calling the
on the turn and the
on the river.
Smith opened
for a pair of jacks, but Brunson's
had him out-kicked.
Ship the pot to Mr. Brunson.
We've just noticed that some of the tables in the Red Section of the Amazon Room are for this event, which means we've discovered a whole new list of players. Among those in the Red Section are Brandon Cantu, David Bach, Evelyn Ng, Amnon Filippi, Pat Pezzin, Nick Binger, Andy Bloch, Ted Forrest, Chad Brown, Maria Ho, Jordan Morgan, Mickey Appleman, Men Nguyen and Andreas Hoivold.
There is also a table in the Red Section that could very well be the toughest in the tournament. Table 356 consists of Justin Smith, Jimmy Fricke, Todd Brunson and David Levi.
Limit Hold'em is a slow game, so obviously that makes the first few levels of tournament play even slower than usual. This gives some players a reason to arrive later than others.
At one table, there is an empty seat in between Victor Ramdin and another player, so both players have their respective drinks sitting on the felt in front of said seat.
"I hope he never comes," the player said to Ramdin.
The two are contempt with the extra leg room and of course, the cup holder.

Three players limped into the pot before Jonathan "FatalError" Aguiar raised from the small blind. All of the limpers called and the flop fell

.
Aguiar bet and received two calls. The turn was the
.
Again Aguiar bet and this time both of his opponents opted to fold.
"Niceeee," Aguiar blurted.
He's off to a good start, and now sits with 5,800 chips.
