Moorman Out

With five limpers ahead of him, Chris Moorman pushed from the small blind for his 4,300-chip stack.

After some deliberation, the big blind made the call tabling {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs} to be in a race against Moorman's {A-Hearts}{9-Hearts}.

The final board of {6-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{6-Spades} was spread to put Moorman on the rail.

Matt Glantz Chips Up, Eliminates Esfandiari

In a limped pot, three players saw a rainbow flop of {8-}{5-}{3-}. The player in the small blind bet 400, Matt Glantz called from the big blind, and Esfandiari raised to 1,900. The small blind folded and when action got back to Glantz, he reraised all in.

Esfandiari, who only had 2,000 left, made the call with {7-Spades}{9-Spades}. Glantz turned over {K-}{8-} and took down the pot when the turn and river blanked. Esfandiari was eliminated while Glantz increased his stack to 24,000.

What Does Johnny Lodden Think?

Antonio Esfandiari is currently engaged in a game of "What Johnny Lodden Thinks" with his fellow tablemates. Matt Glantz, who is sitting at the table, is playing the role of Lodden. The last question we overheard was "How many toothbrushes has Glantz used during his whole life?"

Esfandiari was betting against another player at the table, who said 140. Esfandiari took the over and Glantz's response was 160. Esfandiari was right and pocketed $100.

Raymer Over 10k

Facing a raise to 525, Grey Raymer made the call from the big blind to see a {J-Spades}{J-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop fall.

Raymer checked to his opponent who opted to fire out 600 only to have Raymer check-raise to 1,700. His opponent made the call before both players checked down the {8-Hearts} and {5-Diamonds} on the turn and river.

Raymer tabled his {6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} to rake in the pot and move to over 10,000 as his opponent mucked his hand.

Tran Sent Packing

Jimmy Tran pushed all in for roughly 4,300 on a board reading {5-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and was called by his opponent.

Tran tabled his {9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} for top two-pair, but it was his opponent's {7-Spades}{6-Spades} for a flopped straight enough to cripple Tran to just 275 when the {10-Clubs} landed on the river.

The following hand Tran was unable to scare the player in the big blind with his monster 125-chip raise as his {9-Hearts}{2-Hearts} went down to the {10-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} of the big blind as the board rolled out {8c]{J-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{4-Clubs}.

Sick Call on Seif

On a flop of {7-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}, Mark Seif checked and Seat 3 bet 400 into the 1,000 pot. Seif made the call as the turn came {8-Diamonds}. Both players checked to the river which was the {3-Clubs}.

Seif fired out a nearly pot-sized bet of 1,600 which caused Seat 3 to go into the tank.

"You're killing me buddy," Seif teased after more than a minute, "Just go all in and it'll be over, I'll fold."

"I'm not sure I believe that," Seat 3 replied before making the call.

"You got me buddy," Seif said. Since Seat 3 made the call, he waited for Seif to reveal his hand. Seif reluctantly flipped over the {J-Spades}{9-Diamonds}. Seat 3 turned over {K-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} for a king high.

"I just couldn't put you on anything Mark," he explained as he stacked his chips.

Frustrated Frisbee Muck For Sowers

On a flop of {5-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} Mike Sowers fired out a bet of 500 and was check-called by his opponent to see the {Q-Diamonds} land on the turn.

Faced with another check, Sowers continued his aggression with a 1,025-chip bet which was quickly called.

The river landed the {3-Clubs} and after a third check, Sowers fired one more barrel; this time for 1,525. His opponent instantly called tabling {K-Hearts}{Q-Spades} as Sowers tossed his cards high in the air before landing on the muck - or in other words - made a frustrated frisbee muck!

Sowers is now down to 2,500 in chips.
