Ask and You Shall Recieve

Level 16 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Will Failla just eliminated an opponent in a preflop all in. Failla held {A-Diamonds} {7-Diamonds} and was up against {K-Clubs} {10-Hearts}.

"How about the {A-Clubs}?" Failla asked at the moment the dealer was putting the flop on the table. Right in the window was the {A-Clubs}. The board read {8-Hearts} {2-Clubs} {A-Clubs} {5-Spades} {10-Clubs} and Failla is up to 190,000.

Biggest Pot Of The Tournament

We came in to a flop of {10-Spades}{9-Clubs}{8-Spades} when Christian Stricker Kohl checked in the big blind and a player in middle position bet out for 13,000. Kohl re-raised to 34,000, the player in middle position then re-raised again to 74,000. Kohl thought about it for 20 sec then re-raised all in for 287,000 total and got a snap call from his opponent.

Kohl had {10-Hearts}{8-Hearts} for two pair and his opponent flipped over {q-Clubs}{j-Spades} for the flopped nuts.

The turn however, was a big card. The {8-Diamonds} gave Kohl a full house and left his opponent drawing dead.

Kohl had a whopping 600,000 after the hand and is definitely our chip leader for the moment.

Bakes Building Speed

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

David Bakes Baker opened from under the gun to 5,400 and action folded all the way around to Christian Jeppsson in the big blind. Jeppsson called and the flop came {K-Diamonds} {10-Spades} {5-Diamonds}. The both checked to the {K-Spades} turn and Jeppsson bet 6,500. Baker called and the river came {K-Hearts}. Jeppsson bet 6,500 and Baker called again.

Baker tabled {8-Spades} {8-Clubs} and Jeppsson flashed {A-Spades} {6-Spades} before mucking them. Baker is up to 192,000.

Ruberto Knocks Out Another

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Anthony Ruberto has amassed a stack playing aggressively and hitting hands. His latest elimination came with Ruberto under the gun and he open raised. The player in the cutoff moved all in and Ruberto called.

Showdown:
Ruberto: {A-Spades} {K-Spades}
Cutoff: {A-Diamonds} {Q-Hearts}

Board: {3-Diamonds} {Q-Spades} {9-Spades} {8-Diamonds} {7-Spades}

Despite pairing his queen, the player in the cutoff was eliminated with Ruberto making an ace high flush.

Lubczynski Playing Position

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Rafal Lubczynski and Trevor Hackworth built a 30,000 pot going to the flop of {6-Diamonds} {A-Diamonds} {9-Clubs}. Hackworth bet 15,000 and Lubczynski called. The turn came {J-Spades} and Hackworth bet 14,000. Lubczynski moved all in after a minute or two of thinking, which sent Hackworth into the tank. Lubczynski's stack was counted down to 53,000 - something Hackworth didn't want to hear. Hackworth kicked his cards back to the dealer and Lubczynski is up to 147,000.

"It's an Easy Game When You Get Aces."

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Tuan Le's table is practically leaning towards him under the weight of his chips. Facing a 5,200 open from under the gun, and another caller, he raised to 15,000. Both players folded and Le flashed pocket aces for the second time in three hands.

Le's table is wary of his raises and he continues to push the action at his table.
