We recently reported on a hand where Daniel Morgan took a large number of chips from Sorel Mizzi. Morgan certainly has not slowed down since that hand.
Although we missed the action, on a ten-high flop Morgan and Jean-Robert Bellande ended up all in for a massive amount of chips with Bellande's pocket jacks trailing to Morgan's pocket aces. The aces held and Bellande, who started the day second in chips, was eliminated from the tournament.
Shortly thereafter Morgan finished off the short-stacked Mizzi when the two got all the chips in preflop.

While Le had flopped a set of fours, the big blind had flopped a straight and Le would need the board to pair to win the hand. Lo and behold, the fell on the river filling Le's boat and giving him the win.
We are in the money and the prolific Jean-Robert Bellande is still doing quite well in our constantly thinning field.

Bellande is on his game today and still sitting towards the top of our chip counts.
