Ayaz Mahmood had recently been moved to a new table. His first action was to open for 2,800 from under the gun. Balazs Biri reraised to 7,600. Mahmood called and emphatically checked in the dark. The flop fell and Biri slid out 8,000. Mahmood smiled and folded. Biri has chipped up to 35,000.
Another player and Men "The Master" Nguyen got all the chips in the middle preflop with Nguyen way ahead.

The flop of gave the other player a bit of hope and while the on the turn changed nothing, a dramatic fell on the river giving the other player the win. After their chips were counted, Nguyen was left with a mere 2,800.
Shortly thereafter, Nguyen and another player both pushed all in, and Scott Lipshutz, who had both players covered, called.

The board ran out and both Nguyen and the other all-in player were sent to the rail while Lipshutz stack grew to 90,000.
Nenad Medic had raised on the button and Melanie Weisner reraised to 4,700 in the small blind. While Medic was thinking of his action Weisner gave him a good long stare. Medic called and the flop came . Weisner led out with 8,100 and Medic called. The turn came and both players checked. The river fell and Weisner checked again, followed by Medic.
Weisner tabled with a flopped two pair and Medic looked relieved that he didn't fall into Weisner's trap. Weisner up to 112,000.
After a player pushed all in, Victor Shuchlesis was the only person to call.

The other player took the lead after the flop came . The on the turn and on the river were of no assistance to Shuchlesis and he doubled up his opponent.
Chris Moorman opened from under the gun to 2,000 and Ricky Fohrenbach called from the small blind. The flop fell and both players checked. The turn came the and Fohrenbach bet 3,800. Moorman called and the river fell . Fohrenbach bet 8,300 and Moorman called again.
Fohrenbach tabled for a king high busted flush draw and Moorman showed for a pair of jacks. With that pot Moorman has pushed his count to around 170,000.
Christina Lindley raised from middle position to 2,500. The player in the cutoff re-raised to 6,100 and Lindley called. The flop came and Lindley check-called a bet of 4,100 from her opponent. Both players checked after the fell on the turn. After the came on the river, Lindley checked again but her opponent fired out a bet of 8,000. Lindley folded her hand and her stack dipped to 86,300.
We caught up with the action on the turn when there was already about 45,000 in the pot.
The board read and Lex Veldhuis checked from the big blind. The player on the button thought for a bit and went all in for 30,900 and Lex snap-called tabling for trip aces and having the of the all in player drawing dead. The river was the which gave both players a full house but the button player hit the rail.
Lex is sitting on 108,000 and is primed for his fourth cash of the 2011 WSOP here on Day 2 of the $2,500 No-Limit Hold'em / Six Handed.

Mohsin Charania opened for 2,500 from the button and Craig Rombough raised to 7,000 from the small blind. Charania fired back at Rombough with a 12,000 reraise. Rombough checked his cards again then tossed them in the muck. Charania is up to 146,500, which puts him within shouting distance of the chip lead.
