Break Time
Once again players are going on a 20 minute break after two levels of play.

Alberto Fonseca, raised in early position and Eddy Sabat called preflop. After everyone else folded the dealer put out a flop. Both players checked.
The on the turn brought with it a 13,000 bet from Fonseca and after some deliberation a raise of 33,000 from Sabat. Fonseca thought about it for a few moments before ultimately throwing his cards in the muck. After this hand Sabat has passed the 300,000 chip level.

Eddy Sabat | 235,000 | 131,000 |
Giuseppe Pantaleo went the flop with Daniel Smith and the board read . Smith was in middle position and moved all in for 152,000. Pantaleo called the all in behind him and tabled for a flopped flush. Smith needed the board to pair holding . The board finished and Smith was sent to the rail.
Dwyte Pilgrim raised to 7,000 from late position, and Tommy Vedes three-bet to 17,500 -- about half his stack. Lynne Mitchnick was in the small blind, and she came over the top with a reraise all in for her last 48,200, and Pilgrim quickly folded. After a moment, it became clear that Vedes' hand was caught in the cookie jar. He smirked, then let out an, "Aw, f*** it," calling all in for about 38,000.
Showdown
Vedes:
Mitchnick:
Vedes was never in front as the dealer ran out a board to send him packing. Mitchnick, the last lady left, is well within striking distance with close to 100,000 now.
Under the gun, Bruce Vandervort opened the pot to 7,500, and Jeremy Vaughn reraised to 20,500 out of position in the small blind. Vandervort made the call, and the two of them took a flop. Vaughn checked, and Vandervort took his cue to bet 20,000 at the pot. It drew an all-in check-raise from Vaughn, and the snap-call that came was not good news for him.
Showdown
Vandervort:
Vaughn:
Vaughn was drawing dead to running straight cards, and the turn brought a chop into play. The river was a big blank, though, and Vaughn has been parted with the rest of his stack. By virtue of that knockout, Vandervort is all the way up to the top spot with 330,000.
We are not 100% sure of the action, but we are fairly certain that after a series of raises Dwyte Pilgrim moved all in against his opponent Daniel Buzgon preflop. Buzgon called and cards were tabled.
Pilgrim:
Buzgon:
With an ace hitting in the door of a flop Pilgrim looked to be in great shape to double up as long as he could avoid a run-run straight. The on the turn sealed the deal and Pilgrim doubled up. A meaningless rolled off the deck for the river, but no one really noticed as everyone was counting chips to make sure Pilgrim was going to be awarded to correct amount for doubling up.

Ray Villaman raised to 5,000 from late position, and Lars Bonding three-bet all in for 80,000. In the big blind, Michael Glasser came back over the top with a shove of his own, and Villaman ducked out of the way.
Showdown
Bonding:
Glasser:
Bonding was the one at risk, but the two men were close in chips. The board ran out in his favor, coming to double him up to 170,000 or so. With that big loss, Glasser is all the way back down to just 11,000.
