Leon Forced to Fold on Seventh

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 300 ante

Jorge Leon - (x) (x) / {9-Clubs}{a-Spades}{4-Spades}{6-Hearts} / (x)
Jeremy Ausmus - (x) (x) / {5-Spades}{k-Spades}{2-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} / (x)

The pot was completed, and Leon led out on every street - including seventh. Ausmus called him down, only raising on seventh. Leon tanked before eventually folding, leaving himself with only 7,500 chips.

Ausmus is now up to 81,000.

Buchman Busts Bendor

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 300 ante

Buchman: (x)(x) / {3-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{k-Hearts}{6-Hearts} / (x)
Bendor: (x)(x) / {7-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{j-Clubs} /(x)
Pitt: (x)(x) / {5-Hearts}{5-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{a-Hearts} / (x)

The betting was capped on third street in a three way pot between Eric Buchman, Yarron Bendor, and Colby Pitt. Bendor put the last of his chips in on fourth street, and both players came along. Pitt bet fifth street, only to be raised by Buchman, who also bet on sixth and seventh. Pitt called the whole way, and mucked when Buchman revealed {k-Spades}{q-Clubs}{q-Spades} for two pair. It was also good enough to beat Bendor, who flashed only the {7-Diamonds} before mucking. The hand knocked out Bendor, and boosted Buchman up to 98,000 leaving Pitt with 32,000.

By George

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 300 ante

Christopher George - (x) (x) / {3-Spades}{2-Hearts}{5-Spades}{9-Diamonds} / (x)
Kai Landry - (x) (x) / {k-Spades}{9-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{7-Spades} / (x)

George brought in, Landry completed, and the action folded back to George who made the call. Landry led out on fourth and fifth, and George called both bets. Landry slowed down, check-calling bets on both sixth and seventh, but mucked when George opened up {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} for two pair; tens and threes.

George jumped to 34,000 chips, while Landry slipped to just 12,500.

Maze Moves On

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 300 ante

Ronald Maze has been eliminated by Dennis Parker. The two got it in on fifth street with the boards looking like this:

Maze: {q-Spades}{10-Hearts} / {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{2-Hearts}
Parker: {3-Clubs}{3-Spades} / {3-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{5-Spades}

Maze needed a jack to make a straight or running cards to make a better three-of-a-kind, but failed to improve when he was dealt the {6-Diamonds} on sixth, and the {8-Diamonds} on seventh. Parker received the {a-Clubs}, and the {k-Diamonds} - two of Maze's outs - to ship the pot and score the knockout.

Katchalov Catches King High Straight

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 300 ante

Katchalov: (x)(x) / {q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} / (x)
Deeb: (x)(x): {q-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{7-Clubs} / (x)

We caught the action in this hand between Eugene Katchalov and Shaun Deeb on fifth street. Deeb bet, and Katchalov raised. Deeb called, and then check-called on sixth and seventh street. Katchalov flipped up {k-}{10-} for a king high straight, and Deeb mucked.

After the hand, Eric Buchman needled Deeb a bit, saying that Katchalov seems to have his number. Deeb chuckled and responded with, "He just got there earlier then he usually does in that hand." Deeb drops to 76,000, while Katchalov is up to 88,000.

Scott Seiver - {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} / {9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{k-Hearts}{k-Clubs} / (x)

Erich Buchman completed with the {10-Hearts} showing, Seiver called with the {9-Hearts} showing, and Buchman led out on consecutive streets. Seiver called both times. On sixth, Seiver got his last bet in, Buchman called, and Seiver bricked on seventh.

Deeb Gets From Chips From Bloch

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 300 ante

Deeb: (x)(x) / {k-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{a-Spades}{j-Clubs}/ (x)
Bloch: ({q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} / (x)

Shaun Deeb completed after the bring in, and then called when Andy Bloch raised him. Deeb check raised when he caught the eight on the turn, and then bet out the rest of the way, with Andy Bloch calling him down on every street. Deeb flipped up {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{10-Diamonds} for trip eights, and Bloch mucked his hand. Deeb has jumped over the 100k mark with 106,000 in chips, while Bloch falls down to 69,000.
