Hernandez Picks Off a Bluff

Level 16 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

There was a raise to 6,000 and two calls when it reached Francisco Hernandez in the big blind. He popped it up to 23,000 and the first two players folded. Ishak Noyan had made the call from the small blind and made the call again to see the flop.

The cards came down {6-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{10-Hearts} and both players checked. The turn was the {7-Hearts} and Noyan bet out for 26,000. Hernandez made the call and the river was the {k-Hearts}. Noyan bet out again, this time for 43,000 and Hernandez hit the tank. When he emerged, he had decided to call and Noyan flipped over {3-}{3-}. Hernandez tabled {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} which was good enough to rake in the pot.

He now has 240,000 while Noyan falls to just 65,000.
