Bellande Wins Latest Battle With D’Angelo

There was already around 28,000 in the pot with the board reading {4-Hearts}{2-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{7-Diamonds} when Ryan D’Angelo bet 18,000 on the river from under the gun. Jean-Robert Bellande popped it to 47,000 in middle position which got D’Angelo to fold as Bellande won the latest battle between the two.

Patel Flops It

When we got to the table Emil Patel was heads up with an all in player with {Q-Spades}{J-Spades}, Patel's opponent held {A-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} for a very favorable advantage preflop. The flop came {9-Spades}{k-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} and Patel had flopped a straight. Patel's opponent would need a queen in order to steal the pot back. He received no such luck as the turn came the {j-Clubs} and the river fell the {10-Clubs}.

Mueller Frustrated to Chop

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Greg Mueller raised to 3,000 from early position and Jonas Entin was the only caller to a {9-Spades}{4-Spades}{4-Diamonds} flop. Mueller fired out 3,100 and Entin casually called before the pair checked down the {6-Diamonds} turn and {6-Hearts} river.

Mueller flipped {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} but was a little annoyed that he had to split with his opponent, the latter showing {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts}.

Eilers Piles On Some More

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Three players, including Ben Eilers, had built a pot of about 30,000 when the flop came {6-Clubs}{5-Spades}{6-Spades}. Eilers, playing from the small blind, tossed out 16,000 and both of his late positioned opponents called.

The turn brought the {A-Clubs} and another bet from Eilers, this time for 35,000. That was enough to knock out both opponents.

Eilers adds still more to his ever-growing stack. He's up to 395,000 now.

Shelley Snags One From Jetten

Scott Shelley
Scott Shelley

A player in hi-jack limped and Peter Jetten raised to 5,000 from cutoff. Action folded to Scott Shelley in the small blind, who cut out a three-bet to 14,500 and pushed it into the middle. The limper folded and Jetten made the call.

The flop came {Q-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{10-Hearts} and Jetten checked, prompting a 13,500 bet from Shelley. Jetten thought briefly, but decided to give his hand up.

Jetten has slid to 102,000 while Shelley is sitting with 160,000.

Norman Gets There

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

When we reached the table, the flop had already fallen {5-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{6-Clubs}. An opponent moved all in against Jeff Norman, and Norman called having him covered.

Opponent: {6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}
Norman: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

The {10-Hearts} on the turn was a blank, but the {j-Clubs} spiked on the river, giving Norman the nut-flush and the win. His opponent stormed off, while Norman is now up to 155,000 chips.

Minh Nguyen Wins

We’re not sure when all of his chips went in but we know that Minh Nguyen just doubled for 46,200 when his {7-Spades}{5-Spades} was good on a {7-Hearts}{10-Spades}{J-Spades}{10-Hearts}{7-Clubs} board. The flop gave Nguyen a pair and a flush draw that became trips on the end against his opponent’s {A-Hearts}{K-Spades} for the double.

Tranwreck

A short-stacked J.C. Tran has finally been eliminated, he moved all in preflop with {Q-}{4-} and got looked up by another player's {A-}{K-}. The board came {9-}{7-}{5-}{7-}{3-} missing both players but that wasn't enough for Tran, he got knocked out as a result.
