John Juanda - Eliminated
John Juanda - Eliminated

No-Limit Hold'em

Action folded to John Juanda in the hijack and he went all in for 34,800. Joe Cassidy called from the cutoff and the rest of the table folded.

Juanda: {A-Clubs}{2-Clubs}
Cassidy: {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}

The flop fell {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{2-Hearts} to give Juanda the lead with aces up, but the {K-Clubs} hit the turn to give it right back to Cassidy with a set. Juanda was not saved by the {Q-Diamonds} river, sending him to the rail.

Mizrachi Jumps into the Top 10

Stud

Robert Mizrachi, who made the final table of this event in 2010 when his brother won, is doing very well and just worked himself into the top 10.

Robert Mizrachi{x-}{x-} / {5-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{7-Clubs} / {x-}
Bill Chen{x-}{x-} / {K-Spades}{4-Spades}{4-Clubs} - Fold
David Chiu{x-}{x-} / {7-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{6-Hearts} / {x-}

Mizrachi completed it, Bill Chen raised and David Chiu called. Mizrachi called as well and on fourth Chen had the betting lead. He bet, Chiu raised, Mizrachi called and Chen called as well.

On fifth street Mizrachi bet, Chen folded and Chiu made the call. On sixth street Chiu check-called again. Seventh street didn't slow Mizrachi down who bet, and now Chiu gave up his hand.

Bari Wins One; Mercier Loses One

Allen Bari
Allen Bari

No-Limit Hold'em

From under the gun, Dan Shak raised to 5,500. Allen Bari called on the button, Marco Johnson called from the small blind and Jason Mercier called from the big blind.

The flop came down {8-Spades}{5-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and action checked around. The turn was the {9-Clubs} and action checked to Bari. He bet 11,800 and Johnson called. Mercier and Shak both folded.

The {4-Diamonds} completed the board on the river and Johnson checked. Bari grabbed an assortment of chips and fired 25,700 into the pot. After a minute in the tank, Johnson called.

Bari turned over the {A-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for two pair, nines and fours, with an ace kicker. Johnson mucked and Bari won the pot.

On the next hand, Chad Brown raised to 5,500 from early position and Jason Mercier called from the small blind. The flop came down {J-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. Both players checked.

The turn was the {6-Clubs} and Mercier led for 4,300. Brown raised to 15,000 and Mercier tank-called. The river then completed the board with the {4-Hearts} and both players checked.

Mercier showed the {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}, but that was no good against the {A-Hearts}{10-Spades} for Brown.

Razz

Brett Richey has been going very well lately, at the expense of none other than Phil Hellmuth.

Phil Hellmuth{x-}{x-} / {3-}{6-}{Q-}{7-} / {x-}
Brett Richey{x-}{x-} / {J-}{4-}{10-}{3-} / {x-}

Hellmuth completed the action, and Richey made the call on third street giving us fourth street action. Hellmuth bet, Richey called and this proces was repeated on fifth and sixth as well. On seventh street both players checked and Richey turned over {2-}{8-}{7-} for an eight-seven-four-three-deuce low.
