Bonomo Takes It

An early position player raised and it folded around to Justin Bonomo's big blind. Bonomo flicked calling chips off of his stack and the two were off to a flop.

The dealer spread out a flop of {8-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} and Bonomo check-called a bet. The {7-Clubs} turned and both players checked. They both rapped the table once again on the {5-Spades} river and Bonomo showed {A-Hearts}{10-Clubs} for ace-high. Bonomo's opponent shot his hand at the muck and Bonomo dragged in the pot.

Brown Booming

Kenny Hsiung raised from the cutoff, Chad Brown three-bet on the button, and Samuel Golbuff cold-called from the blinds. Hsiung called as well, and the flop came down {2-Clubs}{9-Spades}{j-Hearts}. The action checked to Brown, who bet, and both players called.

The turn was another jack - the {j-Spades} - and Golbuff led out. Hsiung released, and Brown raised. Golbuff tank-called.

The {a-Hearts} completed the board, and both players knuckled. Golbuff turned over two red eights, but Brown had that beat with {q-Spades}{9-Clubs} for a pair of nines.

Shulman Makes Correct Call

With the board reading {7-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}, a player checked to Jeff Shulman who tossed out a bet. Shulman's opponent raised and Shulman peeked at his cards before throwing out calling chips.

The {10-Spades} completed the board and Shulman's opponent bet out one last time. Shulman called and heard "You got me," from his opponent who showed king-jack high.

Shulman tabled {A-Clubs}{7-Hearts} for a flopped pair of sevens and was able to drag in the pot. Shulman is now sitting on a stack of 58,200.

Hedin Wins Four-Way Pot

John Virtue limped in early position, Allan Hedin called behind him, Aubin Cazals raised by the button, and Pamela Mayer defended her big blind. Virtue made it three bets, and everybody called.

The four players took a flop of {8-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{a-Diamonds}, Mayer checked, and Virtue bet. All three of his opponents called.

The turn was the {a-Clubs}, Mayer checked, and Virtue bet. Hedin raised, Cazals released, and only Mayer called.

The {9-Hearts} completed the board, Mayer check-folded to a bet from Hedin, and Hedin scooped the pot.

Dwyte Doubles

We found a short-stacked Dwyte Pilgrim get all of his stack in before the flop holding {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds} and was racing against his opponent's {Q-Clubs}{J-Spades}.

The flop came down {3-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{7-Clubs} giving Pilgrim top set but he was still hoping to fade a club to give his opponent a flush.

Fortunately for Pilgrim the turn and river brought the {8-Hearts} and the {4-Diamonds} respectively, giving him the best hand and keeping him alive in this tournament.
