John Eames has just managed to create a wonderful little spin up from himself. He found himself down to 5,000 when he won three consecutive all-ins - {7-} {6-} v {A-} {9-} , {A-Hearts} {2-Hearts} v {Q-Hearts} {9-Hearts} & {J-Diamonds} {9-Diamonds} then finally {A-} {A-} v {K-} {K-} - and now has 50,000 chips.

Tikhonov Takes Hit

We don't know exactly how the action went, but we do know after a series of raises Sergey Tikhonov put his opponent all in. Tikhonov's opponent made the call and was at risk.

Cards were flipped over and Tikhonov was in bad shape as his {3-Diamonds} {5-Clubs} wasn't exactly on an even level with his opponent's {A-Diamonds} {10-Diamonds} . The board fell {9-Spades} {7-Clubs} {9-Hearts} {q-Hearts} {4-Clubs} and Tikhonov shipped over 10,000 for his opponent's double up.

One of the players jokingly made accusations of collusion, but Tikhonov ignored them completely focused on the game at hand.

Uri Reichenstein Eliminates Martin Finger

There are 166 players left and Martin Finger is not one of them. Finger is one of Germany's hottest poker prospects with over $1 million in earnings in a short 2-year career. Finger's greatest achievement to date came when he won a European Poker Tour (EPT) title in the same year his countryman Pius Heinz took down the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event.

Finger has just lost all of his chips to another German, Uri Reichenstein, who has had a great morning thus far. We didn't see the pre flop action but know that Finger was all-in holding {4-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} and Reichenstein was all-in holding {K-Hearts} {K-Clubs} . The board ran out {7-Hearts} {5-Clubs} {J-Hearts} {J-Diamonds} {A-Hearts} and Finger was out. Reichenstein takes the moving feast of a chip lead with 166,000.

We just saw Matt Stout at the cash desk and he was kind enough to tell us that he was eliminated by Jonas Mackoff. Stout shoving 16BB with {A-} {J-} into, what transpired to be a three way pot, which Mackoff won with {A-} {K-} .

A player from under the gun started action off by raising it up to around 3,000. Dutch Boyd then flatted, and Will Jaffe in the big blind three-bet to 9,600. The under the gun player took his time, but eventually made the call. Next it was onto Boyd who moved all in for around 40,000 more. Jaffe made the call and the under the gun player folded.

Boyd held a strong advantage going to the flop, but anything can happen. The flop came {6-Spades} {7-Hearts} {k-Spades} , further pushing the advantage in Boyd's favor. The {j-Diamonds} on the turn sling-shotted Jaffe into the lead, a lead he would not relinquish as the {10-Clubs} fell on the river.

Boyd said "that is so disappointing" and made his exit.

When we came across Chris Moorman we noticed his chip stack was only a fraction of its former glory. Sitting with about 20,000 Moorman moved all in and was called.
