Vivek Rajkumar opened with a raise to 55,000 from the hijack seat on Ben Lamb's big blind. On the button, Antonio Esfandiari reraised to 125,000. Nick Schulman then put in a four-bet to 285,000 from the small blind. After Lamb folded his big blind, Rajkumar folded. Esfandiari also gave it up and Schulman won the pot to pick up some chips.
From early position, Chamath Palihapitiya raised to 48,000. Paul Phua made the call from the next seat and then both Phil Hellmuth and Daniel Negreanu called out of the blinds.
Hellmuth then led for 100,000 on the flop. Negreanu and Palihapitiya folded, but Phua raised all in for 349,000. Hellmuth called with the . Phua had out-flopped him with the .

On the flop, Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi bet an unknown amount and Phil Hellmuth raised to 180,000. Mizrachi fired back with a reraised to 400,000 and Hellmuth called.

Cary Katz raised to 50,000 from middle position and received a call from Phil Ruffin on the button. Guy Laliberté and Haralabos Voulgaris both came along from the small and big blinds respectively, making it four-way action to the flop, which all players checked.
When the appeared on the turn, Laliberté led out for 85,000 but was immediately raised to 185,000 by Voulgaris. Both Katz and Ruffin got out of the way, and Laliberté thought for about five seconds before doing the same.
After a raise from Talal Shakerchi from the cutoff seat and a call from Noah Schwartz on the button, Gus Hansen called from the small blind and the flop came down .
After a check from Schwartz and Hansen, Shakerchi bet 115,000. Schwartz put in a raise to 310,000 and then Hansen tanked long and hard. After a minute or two, Hansen slid out a reraise to 888,000. Shakerchi folded quickly, but Schwartz tanked for a bit. He eventually gave it up and Hansen won the pot.
Brian Rast opened for 45,000 from under the gun and got four callers — Jonathan Duhamel (hijack), Bill Perkins (cutoff), Richard Yong (small blind), and Brandon Steven (big blind).
The flop came , and it checked around to Duhamel who bet 115,000. The action on Perkins, he stared at the board for a few seconds, then looked over at Duhamel, then at the dealer. "Raise," he said, then after carving out the calling chips, added another 350,000 for a total bet of 465,000.
The table promptly folded back to Duhamel who thought for a moment, then slid his remaining stack of about 325,000 forward to call.
Perkins tabled for a flopped straight, while Duhamel showed for top pair and a flush draw. The turn was the and river the , and Table 401 has claimed yet another victim here just before the dinner break.
Michael Mizrachi and Mike Sexton were heads up with the board reading . Mizrachi checked, Sexton tossed out three green T25,000 chips, and Mizrachi check-raised to 150,000. Sexton called.
