Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

Barbieri Done, Singer Winning

David Singer knocked Al Barbieri far down after a lot of action on fifth street. Barbieri was knocked out shortly afterwards while Singer is cruising with almost twice the starting stack.

Al Barbieri: (x)(x) / {8-Diamonds} / {7-Hearts} / {5-Diamonds} / {8-Spades} / (x)
David Singer: (x)(x) / {5-Clubs} / {8-Clubs} / {6-Hearts} / {10-Clubs} / (x)

On third street Barbieri raised and made the call after Singer had re-raised him. On fourth street Barbieri called Singer's bet and the real action got going on fifth street. Barbier bet, Singer raised and Barbieri came back over the top again. Singer ended up calling and did the same on sixth street. Both players were weary on seventh street and both checked their option.

Barbieri showed {9-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} and lost against Singer's {A-Spades}{5-Spades}{7-Spades}.

Bonomo Loses Some, But Still Profiting

All players started with 4,500 chips in today's event and Justin Bonomo is already up to 7,200. He just lost a hand we watched but nevertheless he's doing pretty well.

Bonomo: (x)(x) / {A-Hearts} / {9-Spades} / {6-Spades} / {2-Clubs} / (x)
Opponent 1: (x)(x) / {5-Spades} / {5-Diamonds} / {7-Clubs} / {A-Clubs} / (x)
Opponent 2: (x)(x) / {5-Diamonds} / {4-Diamonds} - fold

We caught the action from the start as Bonomo completed. On fourth street Opponent 1 bet, Opponent 2 folded and Bonomo called. On fifth both players checked. On sixth street Bonomo called a bet and on seventh street both players checked. Bonomo's opponent showed {J-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} and took down the pot.

Broadway Takes it Down

Amnon Filippi just took down a nice pot from Rep Porter calling him on seventh street with broadway against Porter's paired board.

Filippi: (x)(x) / {K-Spades} / {6-Clubs} / {A-Clubs} / {Q-Hearts} / (x)
Porter: (x)(x) / {8-Clubs} / {3-Hearts} / {2-Spades} / {8-Spades} / (x)

We caught the action on fourth street when Filippi bet and Porter called. On fifth street Porter called another bet, but he took the lead himself when his board paired on sixth street. Filippi called both sixth and seventh street and won the pot when he showed {Q-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{10-Spades}.
