Maridu Mayrinck is no longer sitting in her seat and so we took to her table to investigate. According to Jason Koon the action played out like this - the under-the-gun player opened it to 1,750 and Mayrinck called in middle position. The blinds were out of the way and the flop was dealt. This is when Mayrinck's opponent apparently led for 4,400. Mayrinck then shoved all in for around 12,500 and her opponent made the call. Mayrinck's was in trouble against and when the turn and river bricked out, it was home time for Mayrinck.

Mercier was able to boost his stack to one of the biggest in the room with the destruction of one of his opponents in the first two hands of this orbit. Unfortunately for Mercier, he lost a nice chunk of those newly found chips a few hands later when he ran the second nuts into the nuts. That being said, as long as Mercier has a solid stack he will continue to dictate the play around his table, and we will keep you posted with the latest updates on this two-time bracelet winner.

Kristy Arnett has been right amongst it recently and we were right by her table to catch all the action. The first hand saw a middle-position Giorgio Medici open it up to 1,800. It was then back on Arnett and she three-bet shoved for 14,175. Medici opted to fold and Arnett took down the hand.
The very next hand and Arnett would open the pot to 1,300 from the cutoff. The player in the small blind then shoved all in for around 9,000 and Arnett decided to fold as her opponent tabled .
A few hands later and Arnett would be at it again with Medici. It started when Medici opened it up to 2,500. Arnett again three-bet shoved, with her stack sitting a bit above 15,000. This time Medici would make the call and then immediately regret it as his would need some help against Arnett's . The board ran out and Arnett would take down the double-up to sit with a handy little stack.

Jonathan Duhamel has managed an unlikely double-up holding against an opponent's . It was an open shove for Duhamel's short stack and a call from the big blind that saw the two players watch the dealer spread five cards across the felt.
Board:
There were enough hearts on that board to see Duhamel take down the nice double.

Jarrod Solomon is no longer in this tournament with his demise coming when he held against one opponent on a board showing . All the chips went in on the turn, with his opponent's managing to catch the flush on the river.
A look around the room tells us that Giorgio Medici is currently sitting behind the largest stack in the room. He isn't hard to miss either, with his big personality and loud shirt keeping his table entertained.

Recently we brought the action from a hand that saw David "ODB" Baker left crippled. Well, now it's all over as Baker has seen his tournament life come to an end.
Baker had his short stack all-in holding and ran into an opponent's . Baker managed to turn a flush draw, but it didn't give him any help as the river bricked out and sent him to the rail.
