"Jaka Jaka" Doubles

Level 5 : 100/200, 0 ante

Faraz Jaka had 8,475 in front of him and was about to get that back, plus another 8,475. We're not sure what happened but we saw {J-Hearts}{J-Clubs} laying before his stack and {A-Clubs}{10-Spades}{7-Hearts} | {3-Spades} | {8-Hearts} on the table. Another player was busy stacking of chips and putting them together to give to Jaka.

Rast Exited

Level 5 : 100/200, 0 ante

On a board of {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} Brian Rast moved the rest of his chips in against his opponents {j-Spades}{10-Spades}. He knew he needed help as he said to his opponent, "This must be your lucky day" as he flipped up the {6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} for a flush draw. The turn finished it for Rast as it came the {9-Spades} giving his opponent a full house. The meaningless {7-Clubs} on the river sent Rast to the rail.

Shulman Doubles Up

Level 5 : 100/200, 0 ante

We picked up an interesting hand where Allyn Shulman was involved with a 2-bet pot in the big blind. Later saying she thought her opponent was on a bluff, Shulman 3-bet all-in and was called. She flipped over {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}, and her opponent showed {k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}.

The board came {5-Clubs}{8-Spades}{a-Spades}{q-Hearts}{4-Clubs}, and Shulman took down a pot of around 17,000. Shulman is moving up the leader board chasing the second bracelet of her career.
