The remaining six players are heading on a 60-minute dinner break. See you at 10:30 p.m. local time for the resumption of all the final table action.

Flush for Klodnicki

Level 24

Limit Hold'em

Chris Klodnicki opened to 40,000 and Greg Mueller defended his big blind. Mueller check-called a bet on the {5-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} flop before Klodnicki fired a double barrel of 40,000 when the turn landed the {10-Hearts}.

Mueller again made the call, and when the river landed a third heart, he check-called 40,000 again only to be shown Klodnicki's flush with the {Q-Hearts}{9-Hearts}.

"Stick to the Stud, Adam"

Level 24

Limit Hold'em

Benjamin Scholl, who won his first and only bracelet in limit hold'em, raised to 40,000 under the gun and Adam Friedman three-bet to 60,000 right behind. Action folded back to Scholl, he called and the flop came down {q-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Spades}. Scholl proceeded to check-call a bet of 20,000 and then check-called a bet of 40,000 on the {3-Clubs} turn. Both players then checked the {Q-Spades} river and Scholl tabled the {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} for the win.

"Stick to the Stud, Adam," Greg Mueller teased.

"I've got to stop playing that ace-king," Friedman admitted.

Friedman: {X-}{X-} / {Q-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts} / {X-}

Both players checked seventh and Friedman tabled his {J-Spades}{9-Spades}{8-Spades} for two pair; eights up, to win the hand. Klodnicki slips to roughly 640,000 as Friedman moves to 1,010,000 in chips.

Razz

Tom Schneider completed for 15,000 only to have Greg Mueller two-bet. David Benyamine tossed in his last 1,000-chip and Viatcheslav Ortynskiy and Schneider made the call.

Schneider bet out on fourth with the active players calling before Ortynskiy led out on fifth. Mueller and Schneider called before Ortynskiy led again with only Mueller making the call.

Schneider: {X-}{X-} / {4-}{7-}{Q-}{9-} (folded on sixth)
Mueller: {X-}{X-} / {A-}{J-}{4-}{8-} / {X-}
Benyamine: {X-}{X-} / {5-}{K-}{K-}{2-} / {X-}
Ortynskiy: {X-}{X-} / {6-}{10-}{A-}{4-} / {X-}

On seventh street Ortynskiy again bet and Mueller called only to muck at the sight of Ortynskiy's {5-}{2-} / {10-} while Benyamine flashed his {9-}{8-} / {J-} before heading to the rail in 7th place as Ortynskiy climbs to 590,000 in chips.

Scholl Clips Friedman in Razz

Level 23

Razz

Benjamin Scholl completed to 15,000 and Adam Friedman two-bet to 30,000. Scholl called and then called bets on each subsequent street leading up to seventh.

Scholl: {X-}{X-} / {9-}{6-}{9-}{2-} / {X-}
Friedman: {X-}{X-} / {8-}{3-}{A-}{3-} / {X-}

Both players checked seventh and Friedman tabled his {9-}{4-} / {4-}, but it would be Scholl's {Jx]{7-}{5-} for a 9-7 low.
