Scoop for Duhamel

Stud-8

Artem Litvinov and Jonathan Duhamel just battled over a stud-8 hand that saw Ismael Bojang stick around until fourth before bowing out.

That was the street that saw Litvinov betting, Duhamel raising, and Litvinov calling. Then Litvinov check-called bets from Duhamel on the last three streets.

Duhamel: {x-}{x-} / {3-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{5-Hearts} / {x-}
Litvinov: {x-}{x-} / {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{Q-Spades} / {x-}

After the last call, Duhamel rolled over {A-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} to show he'd made a wheel to scoop, and Litvinov mucked.

Rast Fires, Collects

Level 7

No-Limit Hold'em

Daniel Negreanu opened for 3,000 and Brian Rast called from the hijack seat. Ben Yu came along as well from the small blind, and the flop came {Q-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{10-Hearts}. It checked to Rast who bet 9,100, Yu called, and Negreanu got out. The turn then brought the {4-Hearts} and another check from Yu. This time Rast bet 22,000, and after some thought Yu called.

The river was the {6-Diamonds}. Yu checked once more, and after Rast bet 65,000, Yu took a full minute before sending his cards dealerward.
