Kessler's Shove Enough

Level 12

No Limit Hold’em

Richard Ashby opened to 11,500 from under the gun, and was called by Tommy Hang on the button. The action then fell on Allen Kessler on the big blind, who quickly announced all in, totalling 49,000. Ashby looked at the bet, and thought for a moment, before releasing his hand. Hang then asked for a count, but also opted to fold, as Kessler welcomed a few extra chips to his stack.

ElkY Takes from Cantu

Level 12

No-Limit Hold'em

Brandon Cantu raised to 10,500 from the hijack and Matthew Ashton called from the small blind. Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier then three-bet to 44,000 from the big, Cantu called and Ashton got out of the way.

When the flop fell {8-Spades}{5-Spades}{k-Clubs}, Grospellier continued for 37,500, Cantu called and the dealer burned and turned the {4-Hearts}. Grospellier kept the pressure on with a bet of 93,500, and this time it did the trick as Cantu released his hand.

Level 12
Jeremy Ausmus (during the One-Drop)
Jeremy Ausmus (during the One-Drop)

No Limit Hold’em

Jeremy Ausmus opened to 10,000 from under the gun, as the action folded around to Jonathana Duhamel in the small blind. He raised it up to 20,500, before Ausmus opted to move all in for his remaining 91,500 in chips. He was snap called, as the cards were turned over.

Ausmus: {a-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}
Duhamel: {K-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

The board ran out {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{5-Spades}{2-Diamonds}, to see Ausmus eliminated shortly after returning from the break.

“If they bring my food, just tell them what happened,” joked Ausmus, who received a collection of laughs from each of his opponents on the table, as he made his way towards the rail.
