In the very last hand of the previous level, Jonathan Dimmig and Christopher Keller were at it and they just knocked heads again. Even before the 
flop there was already 250,000 in the middle of the table, then Keller led for 105,000 out of the small blind. Dimmig made a raise just above the minimum and his opponent tank-folded.
