The turn was the {4-Clubs}, Sion bet 80,000 and Monnette called.

The river was the {2-Clubs}, Sion shoved for 204,500 and Monnette tanked for about two-and-a-half minutes before he folded.

There were several murmurs of "Nice hand" from players at the table.

Leah called, and both players drew one and then checked.

On the final draw, both players drew one and Vitch bet out 20,000. Leah folded, and Vitch was pushed the pot.

Dan Smith raised to 12,000 from under the gun, Jean-Robert Bellande called from the hijack and John Hennigan called from the big blind.

The flop came down {J-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} and Bellande bet 10,000 out of turn. Smith checked, Bellande's 10,000 stayed, Hennigan raised to 26,000, Smith check-reraised to 68,000, Bellande folded and Hennigan called.

The turn was the {K-Clubs}, Smith checked, Hennigan bet 100,000 and Smith mulled it over for a bit before he folded.

"That was a strange time for a Hollywood," said Eric Wasserson.

"I had a massive hand," said Smith. "Not a Hollywood. Sick time for a needle, though."

All three players drew two and checked. Leah and Baker drew one, with Mercier drawing two. Leah bet, Baker folded and Mercier called.

Leah stood pat and Mercier drew one. Leah bet and Mercier called. "Eight rough," said Leah.

Mercier showed {8-}{6-}{5-}{3-}{2-} and won the pot.

"What was the action on the end?" asked tablemate Chris Vitch.

"Pat, one, bet, peel, catch, pray, call," replied Mercier.

The board ran out {K-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{A-Hearts}, giving Mizrachi a set of eights and four to a flush to eliminate Owen.
