Lower Doubles Through Bach

Level 4 : 100/200, 50 ante

No-Limit 5 Card Draw

Asher Lower moved all in from early position for 2,475. It folded to David Bach who called. The blinds folded.

Lower stood pat.

"Oh my god," said Bach. "I can't break to anything; I can't win." He stood pat and tabled {2-}{3-}{4-}{5-}{6-} for a six-high straight. Lower turned over {7-}{8-}{9-}{10-}{j-} for a jack-high straight and doubled up.

"He could have had a wheel," said tablemate Naoya Kihara.

Foxen Left Short

Level 3 : 75/150, 50 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Alex Foxen raised from the button to 250 and Adam Owen called after checking out how much Foxen had behind, which wasn't that much.

The flop was {J-Spades}{2-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and Owen checked to Foxen. Foxen put out another bet worth 350 and Owen called again. The turn was the {A-Clubs} and both players checked. Foxen bet another 350 on the {A-Spades} river, getting a call.

Owen won the hand by showing {K-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} for a full house.

No-Limit 5 Card Draw

Brandon Shack-Harris had raised to 300 and Adam Owen three-bet to 1,100. All the other players folded their hand and the action was back on Shack-Harris. He called and both players drew one.

Shack-Harris checked to Owen and he decided to fling in 1,300. Shack-Harris took his time to think about the decision and eventually called the bet by Owen.

Owen announced, "Ace high," and Shack-Harris tabled {A-}{K-}{8-}{8-}{8-} for three of a kind.
