Benson Out in 191st

Level 13 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Andrew Brokos started things off with a 4,400 open. There was one other caller when Jeffrey Benson shipped 49,500 all-in, only Brokos called and they turned their cards on their backs.

Andrew Brokos {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}
Jeffrey Benson {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}

There was no help for Benson on the {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} board and Brokos is now sat up near the top of the field.

Gorsuch Out to Soutter

Level 13 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

The board read {9-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} and two players were still in.

After a check from John Gorsuch, Bobby Soutter set him all in and Gorsuch went into the tank for a couple of minutes before committing his last 22,100 into the pot.

Bobby Soutter: {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades}
John Gorsuch: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}

It was a set versus a gutshot and a flush draw. The {5-Clubs} on the river was a brick, giving Soutter the pot and causing Gorsuch to finish just outside the money.

Lodge Wins the Flip

Level 13 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

In one of the first hands back from the break it folded to the player on button who moved all in for 25,800. Harry Lodge reshoved from the small blind for 54,000 and the big blind folded.

Lodge turned over his {a-Hearts}{k-Spades} and was flipping with {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs} of his opponent. The board ran out {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{q-Clubs}{5-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and Lodge paired his king to earn the pot and the knockout.

Rabl Doubles Through Tham

Level 12 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Christopher Tham raised to 3,500 from middle position and it folded to Eric Rabl in the big blind. Rabl moved all in for 36,900 and Tham called.

Eric Rabl: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Christopher Tham: {7-Spades}{7-Hearts}

There was an ace in the window for Rabl to take the lead on the {a-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop. The turn {6-Clubs} and river {4-Clubs} improved Rabl to the nut flush, and he doubled his stack.
