Lee Finds a Double

Level 13 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

There was an under the gun raise of 4,000 and one opponent called from early position before getting to Kyung Lee who moved all in for 24,600 from late position.

The initial raiser folded and the early position opponent quickly made the call. Both players then tabled their hands and Lee would be at risk,

Kyung Lee: {a-Spades}{8-Clubs}
Opponent: {9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

The flop came down {q-Clubs}{4-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and Lee was still ahead. The turn was a scary card for Lee as it came the {2-Clubs} and his opponent now picked up a flush draw. The river was a sigh of relief for Lee as it fell the {j-Hearts} and he secured a double up.

The dealer brought a flop {7-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and after the initial raiser and Deyra checked, Lavis bet 7,500. Only the initial raiser called and both went heads-up on the {k-Hearts} turn. The two players checked.

The river fell {3-Hearts} and Lavis announced all-in after his opponent checked, putting his tournament at risk. The latter quickly folded his hand and Lavis, who started the day with 33,800, has now a stack worth 104,000.

Jeff Gross

The board was showing {k-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{a-Hearts} and Ryan Leng put a bet of 20,000 into a pot around 26,000. Jeff Gross thought for a couple of minutes and then folded his hand, showing the {k-Spades} face up.

Leng didn't show his hand and Gross said, "Thank you for not showing, now I know you had the flush!" as he laughed.

Leng has had a very productive start to the day and seems to be continually be adding to his stack every round.
