Koon Blasts the River on Yu

Level 17 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Jason Koon opened to 150,000 on the button and Ben Yu defended his big blind. An {a-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} flop fanned out and Yu check-called a bet of 80,000 to see the {6-Clubs} hit the turn.

Yu checked once more and called when Koon fired 365,000. The {a-Diamonds} completed the board and after needing a time-extension, Yu check-folded to a third barrel worth 800,000 from Koon.

It folded to Nick Petrangelo who raised to 150,000 in the small blind. Stefan Schillhabel was in the big blind and raised to 925,000. Petrangelo immediately moved all in.

"F*ck," said Schillhabel before burning through his time extensions as he waited for action to conclude at another table.

"Are you going to save one for if you win?" said Petrangelo.

"Of course!" said Schillhabel, who used three before finally calling.

Stefan Schillhabel: {a-Clubs}{9-Hearts}
Nick Petrangelo: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}

The board ran out {5-Clubs}{a-Spades}{3-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} and Schillhabel rivered a pair to double through Petrangelo.

Double For Hunichen

Level 17 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Ognjen Sekularac opened with a raise to 105,000 and action folded to the button where Jake Schindler called. Action folded to the big blind where Chris Hunichen moved all in for 690,000. Back on Sekularac and he moved all in over the top and Schindler quickly folded.

Chris Hunichen: {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}
Ognjen Sekularac: {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds}

The board ran out {5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and that gave both players a straight on the board, but Hunichen's eights gave him the higher straight and allowed him to double up while Sekularac was left with right around 700,000 chips.
