Gonzales Doubles Through Gentili

Level 6 : 300/600, 100 ante

On a four-way flop of {A-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{3-Spades}, Michael Gentili bet 2,200 after two other players had checked to him and Danny Gonzales moved all in for 16,700 in total. Gentili gave it some thought and called with the {A-Spades}{J-Spades} to see Gonzales turn over {3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} for bottom set. The {Q-Spades} on the turn was a sweat for Gonzales, but the {8-Diamonds} river was a blank.

Kurtzman Is Shown Kings

Level 6 : 300/600, 100 ante

Eric Kurtzman was on the button, three-betting to 3,700 over a 1,300-raise from the cutoff. The big blind woke up with a cold four-bet, making it 9,000. Kurtzman asked the player to show his remaining stack and he had 22,500 behind.

Kurtzman tanked for two minutes while his opponent said: "This is the best card I've had in the last two tournaments."

However, Kurtzman was still interested in seeing the flop and called. It fell {10-Clubs}{8-Spades}{10-Hearts} and Kurtzman quickly folded to a shove. His opponent turned up {K-Hearts}{K-Clubs} and Kurtzman tapped the felt.
