Byron Kaverman defeated Anthony Marquez after having doubled up earlier.

Over on one of the other tables, the dealer was counting out Arthur Conan's stack as he doubled up with {q-Spades}{q-Clubs} on the {2-Spades}{5-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{10-Hearts} board for the 49,200 he had behind. John Monette was left behind with around 50,000 in chips.

Kaverman Doubles Through Marquez

Anthony Marquez raised to 4,000 from the button and Byron Kaverman three-bet to 13,000. Marquez shoved, having Kaverman covered, which sent him into the tank. In the end, Kaverman made the call for the 56,700 he had behind but shook his head when he saw Marquez's cards.

The {10-Clubs} completed the board and both players opted to check. Lewis turned over {10-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and his opponent tossed his cards in the muck.
