Plesuv Hits a Flush

Level 1 : 100/100, 100 ante

The board read {2-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{2-Spades} with around 6,000 in the middle already. Pavel Plesuv had checked in the small blind and David Baker in the big blind lead out for 4,000. Plesuv took some time to consider his options and then decided to make the call. Baker tabled {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds} but was beaten by Plesuv's {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs} as he held a flush.

Hallaert Wins One

Level 1 : 100/100, 100 ante

At table 469, the player in the small blind limped and Kenny Hallaert in the big blind checked.

The dealer spread a flop of {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} that was checked around to the {5-Clubs} turn. The small blind fired 300 and Hallert called.

The {5-Spades} filled up the river and this time, the small blind check-called a bet of 300 from Hallaert. Hallaert turned over {q-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} and his opponent sent his hand to the muck.
