Anselmini Eliminates Opponent

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

The action was folded around to Joseph Anselmini who opened to 20,000 in the cutoff and the small blind raised to 70,000 with 1,000 behind. Anselmini raised the rest of the chips and the small blind instantly called.

Joseph Anselmini: {a-Spades}{j-Clubs}{10-Spades}{5-Hearts}
Small blind: {q-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}

The flop was {6-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{j-Diamonds} hitting both players giving, Anselmini a pair and a gutshot straight draw while giving the small blind two pair open-ended.

The turn {a-Clubs} was a good one for Anselmini giving him a better two pair, and the river {5-Hearts} was a brick, busting his opponent from the tournament.

Pot-Limit Omaha

At one table, Ben Eilers was all in for 10,000 on a flop of {6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}. He was called by Laura Trainor in the big blind.
