Isobe Flops Big

Level 33 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

Action folded around to Randall Hernandez on the button and he raised to 500,000. Dale Isobe made the call from his small blind and the big-blind player folded.

After Isobe checked the {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{7-Spades} flop, Hernandez continued his aggeression with a bet of 375,000, which was met with even more aggression from Isobe in the form of a check-shove. Hernandez asked for a count, and then elected to muck his hand after the dealer confirmed 3,900,000 total.

Isobe flashed {k-Spades}{j-Diamonds} for top two pair and scooped the pot.

Little Holds Against Peterman

Level 33 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

Elliot Peterman raised from the hijack and Timothy Little moved all of his 3,650,000 into the middle, Peterman thought about it for a moment and splashed a few chips in signaling a call.

Elliot Peterman, {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts}
Timothy Little: {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}

Little had Peterman dominated and the board ran out {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} giving Little a double up to stay alive in the tournament.

Haneberg Puts Maximum Pressure on Mitchell and Seltzer

Level 33 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

With approximately 1,500,000 in the middle, on a flop of {j-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{6-Clubs} Andre Haneberg and Christopher Mitchell checked to Jonathan Seltzer on the button and he bet out 600,000. Haneberg called and Mitchell put in a raise to 2,400,000, which Seltzer called.

The action was back to Haneberg and he moved all-in, putting both opponents at risk if they called. Mitchell went into the tank for two minutes before letting his hand go and Seltzer mucked behind him.

The Dream Ends for "Racks"

Level 32 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Kevin Roster
Kevin Roster

Kevin "Racks" Roster, whose heartbreaking story about his battle with Sarcoma — a rare form of cancer — captured the hearts of the poker community, got all of his chips in the middle preflop against Elliott Peterman for roughly 3,400,000 and they were off to the races.

Kevin Roster: {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
Elliott Peterman: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}

The flop came {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{6-Clubs}, giving Peterman a flush draw to go along with his ace-king. The turn was the {k-Hearts}, putting Peterman way ahead, and the {3-Spades} on the river changed nothing sending Roster to the payout desk.

"Well, that ends the dream," Roster said as he was leaving the table. He ultimately finished in 39th place and received $22,561 for his deep run.

Kulcsar Doubles Through Giron

Level 32 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Gergely Kulcsar raised it up to 400,000 from late position and Pablo Giron made the call from his small blind.

Giron check-called the 600,000 continuation bet from Kulcsar on the {9-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{7-Spades} flop, and then checked the {5-Hearts} turn. After Kulcsar bet out for 1,700,000, Giron, who had the bigger chipstack, then check-raised all in and was snap-called by Kulcsar.

Gergely Kulcsar: {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Pablo Giron: {a-Hearts}{8-Hearts}

Kulcsar had to fade an ace, six, or heart, which he did on the {10-Spades} river, and scooped a healthy pot in the first level of play.

Fishberg Three-Bets All-In on the Flop

Level 32 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

With roughly 1,000,000 in chips already in the middle on a {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} board, Ramiro Petrone check-raised Greg Fishberg to 1,300,000. Fishberg didn't waste any time and moved all-in for his entire stack. Petrone took a few seconds and threw his cards in the muck.

Ramiro Petrone raised it up to 350,000, and from the next seat over Willaim Lorring made it 1,000,000 to go. Action folded back around to Petrone and he made the call.

After Petrone checked the {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{8-Spades} flop, Lorring continued for 2,000,000, which was enough to get a check-fold from Petrone.

Seltzer Busts Merda in Roller Coaster Hand

Level 32 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Jonathon Seltzer raised under-the-gun to 425,000 and the action folded around to Igor Merda in the big blind who shipped all of his chips in the middle. Seltzer didn't take too much time before making the call.

Jonathan Seltzer: {a-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Igor Merda: {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}

The flop came in Seltzer's favor with the {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{j-Clubs} but Merda still had an open-ended straight draw. The turn was the {9-Diamonds} giving Merda the straight but the {10-Spades} landed on the river making Seltzer Broadway and eliminating Merda.

McCue-Unciano Busts Berger

Level 32 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

The bustouts have come quickly in the first level of play on Day 4 and Allan Berger was just the latest player sent to the rail.

After action folded around to Kainalu McCue-Unciano on the button, he shoved all in and Berger called all in from his small blind.

Allan Berger: {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}
Kainalu McCue-Unciano: {a-Spades}{5-Diamonds}

McCue-Unciano hit his ace on the {8-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} flop, and the {5-Spades} turn and {3-Clubs} river were of no help to Berger and he was sent to the payout desk.
