Peterson Gets Value on Small River Bet

Level 16 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

On a board of {9-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{9-Hearts} and over 100,000 in the pot, Jack Peterson called a 30,000 turn bet from the player in middle position.

The river {7-Clubs} made 4 to a flush. That slowed the initial rasier down as he checked to Peterson, who massively down bet to 16,000 making it near impossible for the opponent to fold based on the size of the pot.

The opponent didn't take much time and threw in one 25,000 chip to call.

Peterson tabled {k-Clubs}{j-Spades} for a flopped top pair and improving to a flush on the river, the opponent mucked announcing "nice river". Peterson replied with " Im sure I was good the whole way" and took down a nice pot.

Andrew Atilano: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}
Opponent: {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs}

Atilano didn't like his opponent's suited hand but the {5-Spades}{6-Spades}{10-Diamonds} flop put him at ease.

The {2-Diamonds} left Atilano's opponent drawing dead and the {10-Spades} on the river eliminated his opponent from the tournament.

Level 16 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Bruce Zhen: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}

Both players had the same hand and it looked to be a chop after the rainbow flop of {10-Hearts}{6-Spades}{2-Diamonds}.

The turn however brought the {5-Hearts} giving Zhen the nut-flush draw.

Zhen got running hearts as the river fell the {2-Hearts} and what looked to be a chop ended with Zhen getting a double.
